Job summary
As a Software QA Field Technician you will work closely with customers software development teams hardware teams and product owners to investigate and triage issues in the field reproduce issues in a lab environment identify defect patterns and document testing results all to maintain the highest quality of the Freestyle fleet of dispensers
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers operations teams to analyze evaluate field issues
- Analyze logs stack traces assist development resources in defect debugging
- Work closely with software hardware development teams identify root cause of field defects
