    Nephrology opening Äì Erie, PA Pittsburg 127m; Cleveland 100m

    Position Details Full-time employed opportunity (1 position available) Hospital-employed model Budgeted new placement Join a growing nephrology group Collaborative environment working alongside a kidney transplant program Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Oversee dialysis treatments and manage transplant preparation Accepts H1B visa candidates No Pennsylvania license required at time of application (must obtain prior to start)

    Clinical Scope Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Hypertension management Electrolyte disorders Dialysis management Pre- and post-kidney transplant care Multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver comprehensive renal care

    Required Qualifications & Experience MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology (American or Canadian) Ability to obtain unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification Commitment to patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills

    Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary Opportunity to earn additional productivity incentives $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Loan repayment negotiable CME funds provided Generous Paid Time Off and CME days
