- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, offering insights into clinical operations and performance metrics.
- Clinical Performance Assessment:
- Evaluate clinical performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address operational challenges and enhance outcomes.
- Analyze Dashboards and Metrics:
- Review and interpret dashboards providing real-time insights into clinical performance.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage with Data & Analytics and other departments to ensure data accuracy and standardization.
- Work with stakeholders to determine reporting needs and implement tailored solutions.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement in clinical operations.
- Suggest strategies for improvement based on data-backed insights and industry best practices.
- Documentation and Presentation:
- Prepare clear and concise documentation of methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
- Deliver presentations to senior management, effectively communicating complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, data science, statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in healthcare data analysis within a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and data systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Covered High-Speed Internet Service (Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems).
- Minimum speed of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) with low latency.
- No use of hotspots, satellite, or wireless internet for this role.
