    Workday Lead Quality Test Engineer

    Atlanta-GA

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

    Over 10+ years of experience in testing HCM applications

    and 5 years of Workday testing

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Leading the validation effort for the HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll

    Testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation, functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing

    Business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)

    Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts and complete Test Scripts and Analyze Results

    Apply the Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart/UFT)

    Update customers on the daily status and foresee and mitigate any risks in the project roadmap.

    Coordinate the team to get the daily deliverables are met.

    Required Skills

    Experience in testing HCM applications/ platforms - Workday with tools knowledge in Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT

    Technology - Workday Studio, Report Writer, EIB and test Management Tools - ALM/JIRA

    Expertise in testing HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll

    Hands on testing experience in testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation and in-depth experience in functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing

    Sound Knowledge in Software Testing Process and hands on experience in Agile methodology

    Exposure to business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)

    Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts

    Complete Test Scripts and Analyze Results and fair understanding in Workday Automation using Selenium.

    Knowledge on Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart/UFT)

    Good Communication Skills

    Work Authorization
