Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting a new deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM into their environment. The candidate will help manage CRM projects, and assist with process engineering to improve existing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the execution of new CRM development

Gather requirements, work with development team on projects, and user testing to ensure they meet business needs

Work with internal and external consulting teams

Evaluate processes and act as a SME of the CRM platform

Manage projects in an Agile environment with 2 week sprints

REQUIREMENTS:

Senior level experience with BA/PM/Process engineering skills

Software implementation experience (highly preferred to have CRM experience)

Ability to evaluate current state processes and work with the business to educate

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Dynamics 365 CRM experience

Experience working with a sales department on software projects

Agile experience

TERMS:

• This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $63/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
