Job summary
The Community Housing Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation and coordination of a 17-unit OMH funded Transitional Housing serving individuals who are Justice Involved.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and fostering a trauma-informed, person-centered environment that supports residents' successful reentry into the community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the transitional housing program, including staff supervision, resident services, and facility management.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve program policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with best practices for reentry and supportive housing.
