Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong sales skills are a plus
