    $145,000 – 175,000Responsibilities: Working closely with the Epic Applications Sr leadership team, the Sr. EPIC HB/PB Application Analyst is responsible for advanced workflow configurations, go-live support, and on-going client support. Provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. You will play a major role in the implementation of EPIC HB/PB applications, upgrades, and modifications.
    Work closely with the Revenue Cycle Operations staff. Lead Meetings regarding Epic Builds and Implementations. Collaborate with end-users to gather and interpret user requirements to assist with designing and discussing optimal solutions.
    Analyzes and determines systems requirements and specifications. Performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience
    Install EPIC HB/PB applications, new components, and upgrade existing modules. Configure application settings and validate configurations.
    Provide timely, effective, and professional customer support by troubleshooting and managing complex reported issues as they arise until resolution.
    Proactively acknowledge and manage all assigned service request tickets received from end-users.

    Participate in the design, build, testing, and maintenance of complex system enhancements and/or work with the appropriate Montefiore IT associate or vendor to coordinate modification.

    Resolve critical issues independently as necessary. Forward issues to the correct group for remediation or elevate it to the vendor if required.
    Oversee and review analysis of Analysts' resolutions and solution of necessary application modifications for accuracy and completeness
    Perform coordination of vendor activities including, device integration testing, hardware or software installation.
    Execute system changes in accordance with IT Change Management Process; including creating test plans and documenting all outcomes of testing; obtaining appropriate approvals
    Provide go-live and/or daily end-users support and training on EPIC applications, modules, and functionality.
    Write and maintain accurate documentation of workflow for supported Epic HB/PB applications; and disseminate material to usersRequirements:
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
    5+ years of Epic Hospital and Professional Billing experience
    Must have your Epic Resolute Certification
    Strong Project Management experience
    Understanding of Hospital billing processes including: charging, claim submission, payment posting, Insurance follow-up or self pay collections
    Strong EPIC HB/PB end to end implementation experience as well as advanced workflow configurations, go-live support, and on-going client support
    Epic Certification Required – HB/PB Epic Certification
    Application testing experience
    Related clinical or business experience.
