    Summary:

    Were in search of an HR Generalist to provide operational support to assigned HR BusinessPartner teams which including, employee relations, performance management,staffing, and compensation per client policies.

    Used to a highvolume and fast paced environmentPositionOverview:
    The positionwill be responsible for providing operational support to assigned HR BusinessPartner teams. Duties will include operational management of activities acrossHR functions, including, employee relations, performance management, staffing,and compensation per SEA policies.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Assist HRBP with various HR related issues for assigneddivision including:

    cyclical rhythm of the business (day to day tasks), peopleprocesses, general inquiries Supportvoluntary and involuntary separations inclusive of drafting legal agreements,consolidating employee information from stakeholders, conducting exitinterviews and backfilling positions7.

    Maintain HRIS accuracy and completeness by utilizingWorkday and performing functions such as change jobs, supervisory orgs and costcenters changes Management ofworkforce plan including headcount creation and management Drive SamsungCulture Index participation Management ofemployee information in Workday including performance evaluation, employeehistory, and organizational charts.

    Work efficientlywith datasets (varying sizes from small to very large) in Excel, includingv-look up, generating pivot tables, using formula Collects dataand provides reporting from multiple sources related to HR People Metrics Other projectsas requestedEducation: BA/BS,MA/MS/MBA degree (Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics,Mathematics) or equivalent and aligned experience, preferred


    SKILLS:

    2+ years relevant experience working with HR relatedtechnologies with a clear functional understanding of core HR businesspractices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, compensation, recruiting,performance management, LMS) and the ability to develop solutions to addressbusiness problems and requirements Data-driven very good with modeling, able to tell a story by looking at data/datavisualization Manages timeeffectively and adapts easily to shifting priorities Quick learnerand at the same time has a passion for learning Detail-oriented,organized, and have good project management and problem-solving skills Ability tocommunicate effectively in person and remotely Strong problemsolving mindset, with the ability to seek creative solutions to problems asthey arise Ownership ofStrategy and Best Practices in HR Operations Exceptionalcustomer service focus, including attention to producing quality results Exceptionalinterpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at alllevels within an organization Ability tomulti-task and manage various projects simultaneously Outstandingwritten and verbal communication skills Self-initiativealong with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and fosterprofessional business relationships Innovativeself-starter with passion for excellence Able to thrivein high volume, fast paced environment Maintains highlevels of confidentiality with projects and informationTechnicalskills useful for the job: Experience inMicrosoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Experience withHRIS tools, Workday a plus Strongorganizational skills and high degree of attention to detail and follow throughLet me know if you are interested in this joband/or if you can assist us by referring someone who is interested in this job,since we offer the lucrative referral bonuses.
