- Prepare the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and other required documents for submission to the parent company.
- Spearhead the development of operational plans.
- Generate and analyze the financial package reporting and other monthly reports, including balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis.
- Compile monthly forecast files by downloading sales forecast data.
- Review and forecast monthly cash flow, including reporting to the parent company.
- Reconcile monthly bank accounts and monitor cash balances.
- Distribute commission reports to the representatives.
- Calculate commissions paid via the parent company.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports with key notes, including sales/COGS reports and purchasing reconciliations.
- Prepare revenue accrual journal entries and annual property tax reports.
- Prepare inventory journal entries and lead the annual and semi-annual inventory reconciliations.
- Review, administer, and upload all expenses posted in Concur to ERP.
- Perform additional duties, analyses, and projects assigned by management.
- Oversee both internal and external corporate audits.
- Lead the pre-audit and provide support to auditees.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP or other large ERP software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Effective communication with co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Self driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
