    Key Responsibilities:

    Greeting and Engaging Customers:
    Welcome customers and attendees at marketing events with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression

    Providing Product Information:
    Offer detailed product information and answer inquiries from customers about our clients' products and services, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm

    Assisting Customers with Transactions:
    Assist customers with purchases, registrations, or sign-ups for promotions as needed, ensuring a seamless and efficient process

    Handling Customer Concerns:
    Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary to ensure resolution

    Maintaining Event Space:
    Ensure that the event space is clean and organized at all times, including setting up and breaking down displays and promotional materials as needed

    Collecting Feedback:
    Collect customer feedback and data to provide insights for future event planning and improvement, contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
    Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
