    Job Description:

    1. Ensureconsistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
    2. Plans the repair work that is necessary and preparescost estimates for customers. Uses various tools such ascutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliersto repair sections of a vehicle.
    3. Hammers outdents, dimples, and other minor body damage if possible; mixes andapplies filler resins to repair dents when other methods arenot feasible.
    4. Realigns car chassis and framesto repair structural damage.
    5. Removesdamaged sections of vehicles and replaces them with new oraftermarket parts. Replaces or repairs glass and windshields asneeded
    6. Replaces or repairs interior parts asneeded.
    7. Welds and otherwise attaches or fitsparts into place and Prepares and repaints vehicles withfactory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent.
    8. Attempts to complete work orders within labortime guidelines. Ensures all work has been executed correctlyby inspecting vehicles after repair.
    9. Performsother related duties as assigned.
