Full-Time / Summer Internship - Contract Analyst Intern

Our summer internship program allow you to work side-by-side with industry professionals on real-world projects while receiving the training, resources, and support to develop a well-rounded set of skills.

We are looking for a current student pursuing a degree in the legal industry to join our Risk Management team as an Intern for the summer of 2024.

This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management for an engineering firm.

This role will primarily be focused on working with our new contract management software, IntelAgree, to train machine learning models to accurately identify and evaluate key contractual provisions and to develop reporting tools and training materials.

This opportunity will provide exposure to the A/E/C industry and cutting-edge contract management software. Join us for an exciting summer of meaningful growth and learning opportunities

The Impact You Will Have:

Assist in implementing an end-to-end contract management system designed to speed up contract cycles, bring consistency to contract negotiations, improve compliance, and reduce risks.

Learn about risks unique to the Architect/Engineering/Consultant industry.
Assist in developing training materials for our project managers.
Gain hands on experience with cutting edge machine learning models and generative AI.

What We Are Looking For:
Current undergraduates working toward a degree in Legal studies or someone in law school
Ability to work 40 hours a week
Excellent verbal/written communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize assignments and stay organized.
