    The essential function of the position includes the following:

    · Ensures the provision and implementation of specialized services.

    · Ensures that the residential unit is maintained and operated in a safe, secure, and lawful manner.

    · Supervises the daily activity and needs of the program participants.

    · Supervises the provision of upkeep, maintenance, and supplies required for the physical facility, preparation, and recording of menus, expenses, daily communications, activities, medication, and daily program participant records.

    · May assist with the selection, training, scheduling and management of each employee, and the team as a whole, for your Community Home, as well as assisting other programs.

    Location of available shifts: Our homes are located in Bethlehem, PA.

    Available shifts: Hours will vary to meet the needs of the individuals and the program participant; Including but not limited to evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

    All Team Members must:

    · be 18 years of age or older

    · have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years

    · Associate's degree/60 credit hours from an accredited college or university plus 3 years of experience in a related human services field or supervisory position; or High School Diploma/GED equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related human services field or supervisory position.

    · experience working with individuals with Behavior Support Plans (preferred)

    · have no prohibitive criminal offenses

    · be available to work on weekends and holidays
