Hold It Mail Services is a private Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) located in Downtown Brooklyn. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and professional Weekend Mail Processing Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and warm in customer interactions. We are looking for someone with high integrity who takes pride in organization, professionalism, and creating a positive customer experience.
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10 hours per week)
Position begins in April
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Receiving mail and packages from carriers
- Sorting mail by customer name and mailbox number
- Processing and assigning mail within our digital system
- Notifying customers of new incoming mail
- Answering customer phone calls and emails professionally
- Assisting with new mailbox setup
- Processing mail pickup, forwarding, and shipping requests
- Ensuring all mailboxes remain secure and compliant
- Occasionally dropping off packages at FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL

- Lives locally or within close commuting distance
Compensation & Perks:
