    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing all aspects of construction for existing buildings, particularly in Federal government and mission-critical data center environments.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, construction management, and a deep understanding of Federal regulations and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities


    Project Planning and Execution:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Federal guidelines.
    Lead project kick-off meetings, establishing clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities for project team members.
    Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and government agencies throughout the project life-cycle.
    Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among project team members, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
    Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
    Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying deviations from plan and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

    Financial Management:
    Prepare and maintain project budgets, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and managing change orders as required.
    Conduct regular financial reviews and provide accurate reporting to senior management and clients on project financial status and performance.

    Quality Assurance and Control:


    Establish and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed Federal standards and client expectations.

    Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
    PMP certification preferred

    Minimum of 5 of experience in project management, with a focus on construction management in Federal government and mission-critical data center environments.

    Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
