- Close deals from inquiries, incbound calls, inbound chat and text, and social media leads
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Understand and effectively communicate the value of services to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, as well as competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
