Our client, a Global 100 telecommunications provider who manages integrated fixed, mobile and IT services to some of the worlds top multinational organization is in search of a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst.

The organization offers integrated and competitive portfolio for carriers and corporations that includes international voice, IP, bandwidth capacity, satellite services, mobility and global solutions.

This team member is responsible primarily for the day to day maintenance of security platforms while preserving the optimal performance of hardware and software, be the first support level of resolution for the Security Operation Center and will be the first responder of the incidents, changes and security incidents.

• Management of platforms with environments Security, Experience in environments with high availability.
• Resolve incident management tickets as they arise and ensure timely resolution.
• Use of monitoring tools to maintain the levels of service contracted with the client. Attention to maintenance plans and daily checklist.
• Daily revision of executed backups and automation processes.
• Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service while striving to provide worldclass service while following SLA's. Escalate issues as necessary.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements to existing processes and for automation of time consuming tasks.
• Provide technical support for projects as directed.
• Install system patches and application updates as directed.
• Perform critical system changes after business hours.
• Perform selected product research as directed.
