**Position Overview:**

We are currently hiring a qualified Carpenter who possesses expertise in both carpentry and basic electrical and plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various carpentry techniques, possess knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and have a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities:**

Perform carpentry work including framing, installing doors and windows, and finishing work.

Handle basic electrical tasks such as wiring, installing outlets, and light fixtures when/ if needed.

Undertake plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting, fixture installation, and basic repairs when/ if needed.

Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements:**

Proven experience as a Carpenter with electrical and plumbing skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (vehicle required).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Overtime flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends.
