- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Develop presentation materials for meetings.
- Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to team members.
- Support the project team in meeting deadlines.
- Identify and implement project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop a project management calendar to achieve goals and objectives.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for various tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Approximately 5% travel required.
- NERC CIP background investigation prior to start.
- US East Coast business hours are required.
- New York State residency.
