- Offer face-to-face assistance to residents with package inquiries or concerns
- Record newly received packages in the automated package management system
- Hand-deliver packages to residents' doors
- Efficiently arrange packages in the room for easy retrieval by residents
- Identify and handle old packages for return
- Act as the main point of contact between the property and the package support team
- Conduct minor maintenance on the locker/package room system
- Exude professionalism and approachability, fostering positive relationships with property stakeholders and residents
- Access to reliable transportation such as a personal vehicle or public transit, ideally residing in or near downtown Denver
- Proficient in utilizing technology, especially digital package management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Able to adapt to diverse working conditions and handle various package sizes
- Minimum age of 18
