- Serve as a senior program analyst providing resource management support in programming to a unified command for all Army, Air Force, Navy, and Defense Agency resource initiatives.
- Responsible for coordinating USSOUTHCOM's resource requirements through the Services' Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), and the President's Budget.
- Prepare justification summary for congressional testimony on program requirements and description.
- Determine if programs meet criteria of strategic goals to be incorporated into the Integrated Priority List and the Program Budget Review (PBR).
- Assess command resource actions for project feasibility, planning, programming thoroughness, and milestones.
- Review unified staff/service components proposed requirements for cost effectiveness and conformance to policy and priorities.
- Lead on developing and coordinating the Integrated Priority List (IPL) and the Program Budget Review (RPB) process across directorates.
- Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Annes input to the service components and act as the primary point of contact for resource and programming issues.
- Serve as the information systems administrator for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBE) and its sup-systems.
