The Manager- Dedicated Operations plays a critical leadership role overseeing a Dedicated team at Hirschbach This position is responsible for training and developing new and existing team members, providing ongoing support, and stepping in as needed to maintain operational continuity.Serving as a key point of contact for both customers and drivers the Manager - Dedicated Operations handles escalations resolves inquiries ensures a high level of service across assigned accounts geographic regions leads customer KPI reporting meetings manages billing functions reviews customer billing reporting accuracy The Manager - Dedicated Operations regularly generates operational KPIs provides customer report-outs strives to achieve low deadhead miles maximize profitability.
Duties include:
- Supervise leads direct reports including Driver Leaders Account Managers Planners Customer Service Representative.
- Trains develops new Operations team members provides ongoing training current teams.
- Provides coverage support teams needed.
- Generates KPIs provides report outs customers.
