Our team is committed to providing excellent dental care, and we're seeking a Dental Hygienist who shares our passion for excellent patient experiences.

Position Overview: Our hygienist is ready to "semi-retire", so we are looking for a dynamic and friendly Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team, part-time or full-time. Our office is open Monday-Thursday, and hours vary with the season-we like to start early and get off early in the summer Days and hours are negotiable. The ideal candidate is a positive, collaborative individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine dedication to patient relationships with the ability to enjoy the little things in life like our end-of-the-week 60-second dance parties.

We are looking for a hygienist who:

• Holds state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist, local anesthesia ideal
• Conducts thorough oral health assessments and provides personalized hygiene treatment plans based on patient needs and abilities
• Provides quality patient care in a 60–80 minute time frame
• Educates patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care techniques utilizing an intra-oral camera and visual aids to aid in education
• Enjoys collaborating closely with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintains accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Stays updated on the latest industry trends and technologies and will help educate the team on dental hygiene products and practices
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrates proficiency in dental software use and digital radiography systems: we use Eaglesoft and Schick
• Shows interest in furthering their career. We would love to provide the opportunity for the right hygienist to continue their education by becoming certified as a myofunctional therapist and/or becoming laser certified
