    CACI's Global Enterprise Services program is seeking a Systems Administrator - SLA Command Center (Data Analyst) to support its Maryland customer

    What You'll Get to Do:

    Contributes to completion of specific programs and projects.


    Applies mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of high complexity.


    Models and evaluates the potential impact of data changes.


    Reviews tickets for potential reconciliation.


    Reviews tickets for adherence to Ticketing handling rules.


    Coordinates efforts on Focus SLAs to ensure tickets are worked/updated prior to SLA expiration.


    Develops innovative strategies and quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets.


    May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.


    Analyzes organizational data and conducts advanced statistical analysis.

    Performs additional duties as assigned You'll Bring These Qualifications:


    HS/GED and 10 years experience
