    As SeaWorld looks to continue its reinvention, we are seeking top talent to become an operational partner with strong analytics as our

    Director, Labor Strategy .

    This person will be responsible for partnering across the Park Leadership for the design, development and implementation of company-wide workforce management program and labor strategy.

    Developing and deploying defined, comprehensive strategy that supports the creation of a long-term, sustainable labor management program, and strategic workforce planning to support culture and growth objectives.

    Will lead a strong analytical team and play a key leadership role in shaping and advancing labor analytics, reporting and management.

    The right candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, along with strong results-orientation.

    Further, this person will bring strong expertise in Workforce Management and Labor Analytics, with a focus on improvement of SeaWorld's bottom line.

    The right person will want to dive in with the business while operating as a senior leader in a brand and public company.

    Develops and delivers workforce management program and solutions. A comprehensive strategy to implement labor standards, data analytics and reporting.
    Measures program effectiveness and drives success metrics around participation, results and financial impact.

    Uses data and analytics to make decisions, ensuring competitive posture of programs and policies, as well as consistency across the system.

    Defines priorities and develops the strategy roadmap and provides leadership, direction, requirements and governance oversight to the execution of workforce related initiatives, programs and processes.

    Prepare thoughtful and timely analysis of labor management techniques, including establishing performance metrics, scheduling, deployment, and utilization of appropriate staffing levels.

    Design reporting mechanisms which provide timely insight into labor performance and volume driven trends.
    Maintain a robust, enterprise-wide reporting package, track forecast accuracy, analyze business trends, and evaluate departmental performance.
    Develop analytical tools that help streamline performance, while maintaining predefined service expectations.

    Lead Ad hoc analytics as new business initiatives arise, constantly look for improvements in processes, procedures, and practices to maximize revenue, provide service enhancements to guests, and/or reduce unnecessary or duplicate work.

    Serves as senior advisor to HR leadership and other key internal stakeholders to inform strategies, consider and integrate feedback, and build action plans; collaborates with legal and other stakeholders as needed for guidance to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

    it takes to succeed:
    Bachelor's degree required. MBA highly preferred.
    7+ years relevant experience in workforce management is required.
    Advanced analytical skills Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
    Experience working and communicating with senior and C-Suite leaders, operating at high levels while also being detail oriented.
    Experience in creating a labor management program within an organization or consulting environment.
    Strong ability to gather, analyze, synthesize and draw logical conclusions.
    Ability to create effective analysis, reports and presentations

    Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to address the needs of a constantly evolving organization (while exhibiting a sense of urgency).

    Ability to quickly connect and build trust with people across an organization.
    Passion for SeaWorld and its mission.
    Travel and tourism experience preferred but not required.
