    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the tool industry.
    Proficiency in SolidWorks.
    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly with sheet metal, tubing, and bending pipes.
    Experience creating prototypes and taking ownership of projects.
    Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Physical ability to perform tasks related to prototype testing and evaluation.


    Responsibilities:
    Design and develop innovative tools and equipment for electrical contractors, utilizing SolidWorks and other relevant software.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and product management to ensure successful product development.
    Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, including creating prototypes and overseeing testing and validation.
    Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing processes, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication and tubing bending.
    Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization through design improvements.
    Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
    Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
