What We Need

We're looking for a strong UX Designer who can traverse the entire lifecycle of product's development, including user research, design, prototyping, and usability evaluation. You can expect to work only on the most important company priorities, work side-by-side with application engineering, and be comfortable presenting to C-suite and external customers.

What You Can Expect In This Role

• Drive the UX vision for a next-generation platform, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Yieldmo.
• Design user-first solutions grounded in research, data, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
• Build complex interactive prototypes in Figma to validate ideas with customers and support sales pitches.
• Create clear user flows, wireframes, and mockups to define and communicate product direction.
• Maintain scalable UI patterns and design specs, working closely with engineers to ensure polished delivery.
• Present sophisticated design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• You can expect to move fast and break things.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
• Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience with mobile app and mobile web environments
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Experience working with retail, technology development, and device partners
• Experience in implementing accessible and inclusive design principles
• Strong skills in both working with and presenting to executive leaders
• Experience driving, maintaining, and mechanizing collaboration across teams with divergent needs/goals
• Expertise in ad tech ecosystems and ad systems
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions for complex products
• Proficient using JS frameworks like React or Angular

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
• Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
• Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $40-60/hour. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
