    Description
    We have a contract for a Learning Associate in Hackettstown New Jersey.

    Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan;

    Learning Strategy work includes developing training curriculum/materials, selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivering training, and monitoring training effectiveness for the general workforce and for targeted discipline/technical areas.

    Discipline-specific professional and process/tool knowledge training (e.g., Finance function training on external accounting standards and internal financial systems/control processes)
    Discipline-specific competency training (e.g., Influence and Negotiation training for Sales Reps)
    Training on general workplace standards, processes, and tools.
    Training on leadership and management development.
    May develop training curriculum/materials and select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.

    Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc.

    Relates to the organization's plans, procedures, programs, controls, and records regarding acquisition, retention, utilization, talent management and productivity.

    Responsible for the design, development and delivery of key organizational processes including Learning & Development, and training programs to achievement of a high-performance organization and support the mission to optimize performance and create success.
