    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

    Join our team at a school districtin New Orleans, LA, as a Paraprofessional. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about education and supporting student success. This position offers part-time options, professional support, and petitive pay.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist teachers in the implementation of instructional activities.
    • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
    • Support students with special needs in classroom settings.
    • Provide assistance with classroom management and organization.
    • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans.
    • Monitor student progress and municate with teachers and parents as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
    • Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
    • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others succeed.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
