    SCFF is currently seeking:
    Full-Time Program Coordinator in the Reading, Exeter, Birdsboro, Douglasville and Kutztown area.

    Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00

    Pay rate starting at $19.00

    REQUIREMENTS:
    High School Diploma or GED
    18 Years of age
    Valid Driver's License
    Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with Mental Health Diagnoses Excellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail oriented.
    One year of experience in management level human services or related field

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Oversight of multiple CLA.
    Supervise and direct the work of Residential Specialists to include the following:
    Medical Appointments/ medication management in conjunction with the Assistant Program Coordinator.
    Complete requirements to become a Medication Administration Observer

    Monitor medications for refills and reconcile weekly medications with the Assistant Program Coordinator upon delivery prior to the start of each week.

    Ensure staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training.
    On Call - Participate in on call rotation.
    Training - in conjunction with the Program Specialist. Monitor compliance list and inform staff of upcoming training needs.
    Conduct and observe medication practicums for employees.
    Mentor and provide ongoing feedback and indicate areas of improvement regarding job performance.
    Complete accurate and timely employee performance evaluations prior to the due date.
