Location:Can be in either Brewton or Monroeville, Alabama

UNITED STATES
Description:Support employee's IT needs: answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming calls, voicemails, and email requests for assisting employees that have questions on a wide variety of PC and mobile hardware, software, networking, applications, printers and peripheral issues.

Manage issues in the ticketing system and create and maintain both IT department and documentation. Perform all aspects of computer and device set up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades and maintenance. Train staff on basic PC operations and software functions.

Salary:Varies with Experience
