    About the position:
    The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

    Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

    A licensed vocational nurse shall perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Practice Act.

    A licensed vocational nurse shall meet qualifications established by the home health agency for the services provided and any additional qualifications required by home health agency licensure regulations.


    Requirements:


    Minimum one year of LVN experienceMust possess a CA License with IV/Blood Withdrawal CertificationReliable Transportation and auto insuranceCPR CertificationDesired:Some advanced college course work or AA degreeAdvanced computer system knowledgeBilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus*Compensation starting rate indicated on this posting is based on Employees working a Full-Time schedule.
