    The role of a Cloud Consulting Senior Project Manager requires an experienced project management professional with strong business acumen, technical proficiency in SaaS-based software and leadership skills for successful delivery of Oracle ERP, HCM &/or CX solutions (software + services).

    This person works closely with Delivery teams, Solution Architects, Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Services Operations to ensure customer technology deployments & projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the project plan scope, and will also identify and mitigate any risks throughout the project(s) you will manage.

    This senior resource must to lead multi-functional teams from different Oracle departments and demonstrate tact and the ability to handle demanding customers.

    They must demonstrate leadership and motivational skills and mentor other members of the PMO. This person actively contributes to continuous PMO process improvements and publishes contributions to the knowledge base. Career Level
    • M3 Responsibilities Specifically, you will be responsible for results at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle, as well as: + Works under the supervision of the PMO Director in solution deployment projects involving single or multiple work streams.
    + Understands customer requirements and helps translate them into project deliverables and milestones. + Responsible for project governance, stewardship, financial management and project planning.


    • Owns the creation and updating of relevant project documentation including:
    + Customer Project Plan + Change Management Process + Risk Mitigation Plan + Data Conversion & Cutover planning + Testing Principles and Management + Project Budget + Project Status Reporting (Core team and Steering Committee levels) + Project Schedules & Meeting Logistics + Manages successful project closure and drives the hand-off processes and communication


    Preferred Qualifications:

    years of Program/Project Management experience in delivering ERP, HCM &/or CX Solutions, including 4+ years of ERP, HCM or CX implementation experience.

    + Understands SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS leading practices. + Solid understanding of the Oracle ERP, HCM and/or CX solutions, with familiarity of other ERP/HCM/CX solutions
    • Cloud or on premise.
    + Understanding of project financial and budgetary principals.

    + Functionally astute in using project management software (MS project, Excel, Visio) other analytical and statistical software packages and tools.

    + Formal Program/Project Management training & certification or in pursuit of CAPM/PMP certification. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field a plus.


    • Travel Component:
    approx. 50% travel may be vital to be successful in this role.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $105,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation paid holidays 10.
