    Job Summary

    Provide professional level support services for divisional initiatives, projects, and transactional human resource functions. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Unit management and staff, department staff and HR personnel. This position typically will advise and counsel: Unit and department staff. This position will supervise.

    Responsibilities

    Job Duty 1 -
    Provide specialized administrative support to unit staff and for all assigned projects

    Job Duty 2 -
    Establish schedules, make/oversee arrangements and provide logistical support for unit projects

    Job Duty 3 -
    Coordinate and arrange meetings and project materials for distribution, as necessary

    Job Duty 4 -
    Design, develop and edit project presentations, agendas, and other related documentations

    Job Duty 5 -
    Track and present progress reports, create proposals and other projects related to communications

    Job Duty 6 -
    Respond to inquiries regarding Institute and departmental HR policies and procedures, making referrals when appropriate

    Job Duty 7 -
    Initiate or process HR-related documents, including new hire packages, job postings, scheduling requests and creating reports

    Job Duty 8 -
    Gather and coordinate dissemination of information regarding new or revised HR related policies and procedures within the unit

    Job Duty 9 -
    Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    Educational Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Required Experience
    Two to three years of job related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    Additional Preferred Qualifications
    Experience in a higher education environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    Military or DoD related background
    2+ Years of Experience in JIRA and Confluence
    Experience with training professionals
    Experience in Operations of Range Training Systems (P5/ACTS)
    Experience with the Live Mission Operations Capability (LMOC) Air Force program
    In-depth Knowledge of Air Force Training mission requirements
    Intimate knowledge of Air Force Training Requirements
    Active Security Clearance
    Background in Military security related career field (Security, Intel, Cybersecurity)
