      Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Roseburg, OR This is a full time travel contract position.

      Requirements include, but are not limited to:

      • Active OR Amedisys Oregon LLC Homecare license
      • 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
      • This position begins on 02/16/2026 and ends on 05/17/2026
