- Provide routine individualized care to individuals across the lifespan including pediatric, youth, adult, elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Assist with personal care, medication, and other tasks as needed
- Perform Housekeeping tasks such as cooking, light cleaning, organizing
- Transport to appointments & activities
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields preferred
- Positive, patient, and caring demeanor
