Facility is seeking a BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our dedicated and dynamic team.

Schedule - 1.0 FTE includes:

• 12 clinic days per month
• 5 ICU shifts per month
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
• Clinic work scheduled during the day shift
• Flexible Scheduling: Promotes worklife balance
• Position will split time between clinic and ICU
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of pulmonary and critical care conditions
• Compensation:
• Day Shift: $275/hour (includes clinic work)
• Night Shift: $290/hour
• Quality Incentive: $25,000 annually
• Required: CA license
