    Our recovery center is an evidence-based addiction rehab that is geared to help clients achieve real recovery results. High addiction treatment standards allow this company to attract talented addiction and mental health professionals. We are currently searching for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.

    Join Our Team

    The Assistant Director of Nursing is a vital member of the Nursing component of the System of Care. The ADON is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients as they go through the detox/residential process. The ADON assists in the responsibility for all Nursing related services for each client.

    They are also involved in ongoing monitoring and evaluation to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of client care.

    In addition, they are involved with the development and evaluation of nursing unit personnel, and maintains the optional medical aspects of the client care unit.

    Requirements

    Active AR nursing license in good standing

    2 year minimum experience with Substance Use Treatment

    1 year minimum experience with supervisory role

    Willing to commute or relocate

    Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols specific to addiction treatment.

    Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices in addiction medicine.

    Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing personnel, with a focus on individuals experienced in addiction treatment.

    Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.

    Oversee medication management protocols, including administration, monitoring, and documentation of medications used in addiction treatment.


    Coordinate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.

    Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops for patients on topics related to addiction recovery and self-care.

    Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing services within the facility.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines governing addiction treatment facilities.


    Pay:
    $80,000 - $90,000
