    Job Summary

    We are seeking skilled LPNs and RNs to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. If you want to work with pediatrics, we offer competitive pay, low staffing ratios, and a flexible schedule to fit your family needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
    • Work with patients in the Charlottesville, Earlysville, and Palmyra areas
    • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans

    Requirements

    • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
    • Current CPR certification
