- Serve as Division Chief and oversee faculty practices
- Establish a fellowship program
- Develop a clinical practice in various areas of Pedi ENT at UHealth sites and Holtz Children's Hospital / Jackson Memorial
- Conduct clinical practice, including surgeries
- Engage in research and educate residents and fellows
- Participate actively in the University of Miami community
- Collaborate with otolaryngology residents, researchers, subspecialists, and institutional leaders
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Completed a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology
- MD/DO degree required
- Hold a Florida medical license or eligible for one
