- Explain policy options, coverage details, and insurance terms to customers, helping them understand their coverage options and make informed decisions.
- Policy Sales and Renewals
- Provide accurate quotes for property and casualty insurance policies. Explain pricing, discounts, and payment options.
- Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and modifications.
- Provide guidance and support to customers during the claims process, including filing claims, explaining coverage, and facilitating communication with claims adjusters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, policy documentation, and call logs.

As a property and casualty agent working with Big Oak your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and making outbound calls to and from prospective and existing clients. You will provide comprehensive insurance solutions, to Fred Beans Auto Group customers seeking assistance with their insurance needs. Your role will involve assessing customer requirements, explaining policy options, processing policy changes, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. You will work closely with a team of agents and support staff to meet individual and team targets and deliver exceptional customer service. All leads will be provided to you and will be current customers with whom the Fred Beans Group has an existing relationship. NO COLD CALLING. Earnings $40k - $100k+ .
