- Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Set appointments and schedule meetings with potential clients for our sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads and activity in our CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Participate in regular sales and training meetings to improve skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or appointment setting roles
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Nice to have: Experience in real estate, SaaS, energy sector, or hospitality industries
