    Duties * You will serve as the Dean's principle coordination hub for scheduling interactions with other Center of Executive Leadership Team members.

    * You will manage the Dean's day to day schedule, set up and de-conflict calendar appointments, schedule meetings and communicate meeting objectives.

    * You will manage visitors, telephone calls, and email correspondence and direct the initiators to appropriate staff members * You will receive correspondence, acknowledge receipt, screen and sort by priority and deadline.

    * You will type letters, memorandums, reports, notes, speeches and other correspondence. * You will take and transcribe notes of meetings and telephone conversations involving both technical and specialized terms. * You will manage the Dean's official travel including transportation, lodging, official travel clearance, and all travel arrangements. * You will maintain college files and records. * You will manage classified materials and/or matters of confidentiality and sensitivity. * You will process civilian time cards and track civilian and military evaluation status.     Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

    timekeeper duties for a department, keeps calendar and scheduling appointments, makes arrangements for engagements here and abroad; managing visitors, and drafting and reviewing correspondence.

    This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
