Job summary
We are hiring both new Behavior Therapist (BTs) as well as experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our diverse team. Alongside our amazing BCBAs, you will implement top tier behavior therapy programs through 1:1 therapy, data collection and teamwork.
- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers homes and/or schools.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client. Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions ensuring data integrity and consistency.
