    You will be part of an ambitious and skilled team of marketers in the US.

    Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you'll work closely with the Inkitt Marketing and Product teams on developing a variety of strategies and make a valuable impact on the future development of Inkitt.


    What you'll do:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive 4x growth in readership and authorship by the end of June 2024, relative to December 2023Strong preference in non-paid solutionsEnhance Inkitt's brand presence in the publishing market.

    Develop and execute brand strategies that clearly communicate the company's value proposition to a global audienceBuild, lead, and mentor a marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.

    Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to support and exceed business objectivesStrategic vision, capable of both big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strategies are both visionary but also groundedCollaborate with cross-functional teams, like Product Management and Engineering, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectivesWho you are: Track record of successfully delivering growth in two-sided market places (e.g Uber, AirBnB, Spotify, SoundCloud, Fiverr, etc.)

    Strong analytical skills with a growth-hacker mindset and strategic thinking capability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preference working in an office (e.g. at least 3 days a week)A deep understanding and experience with at least 2-3 of the following:
    SEO, social media, viral posts, referral marketing, partnerships and affiliates/influencers Experience working with/for senior leadership (e.g. VP level or CEO)

    Avid reader and/or writerExperience or knowledge of the publishing industryExperience in building and leading high-performing teams (1-3 people)What we offer:
