    Overview

    We are actively recruiting a highly motivated, forward-thinking energy technology enthusiast to join the FCE Information Technology Team to help support, maintain, and enhance our mission-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

    Working in close partnership with business teams and IT counterparts, the Dynamics 365 Application Analyst will translate business requirements to actionable IT initiatives and then lead the design, development, and test activities to make them a reality.


    Responsibilities:
    Troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O related issues.
    Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, resolve recurring issues, and/or improve system functionality to deliver cost and/or operational improvements.
    Lead enhancement projects that deliver new functionality in support of emerging business requirements and/or operational imperatives.
    Help coordinate D365 system updates and/or changes to peripheral systems that are systemically integrated with D365.
    Foster constructive working relationships with business partners and IT counterparts.
    Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and IT team members to deliver projects and perform system updates.
    Create and/or maintain system and functional documentation to facilitate future support and development efforts.
    Fulfill ad-hoc business reporting needs and assists with interpretation of system reports and data
    Adhere to IT General Controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements; support audit activities by gathering control-related information as needed.


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    High school or equivalent


    Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX201- Some D365 F&O is required


    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes
    Demonstrable understanding of business processes i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Projects as they relate to D365
    Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, documentation & presentation skills
    Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently, mange time, and deliver on commitments
    Azure DevOps, LCS a plus
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
    Team player


    Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
    Hybrid work environment (3 on-site in an FCE office and 2 offsite)
    Periodic travel to company offices and manufacturing facilities. (1 to 4 trips per year – approximately 5% travel)
