    Seeking Highly Motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to work in our rapidly growing Chiropractic Clinic at Chiroworks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Massage Therapy:
      • Perform various massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
      • Maintain a high standard of excellence in massage therapy skills, ensuring a premium experience for every client.
    2. Professionalism and Appearance:
      • Maintain a well-groomed and neat appearance.
      • Dress professionally and in accordance with our established guidelines.
    3. Punctuality:
      • Adhere to a strict schedule, arriving punctually for appointments.
      • Ensure efficient turnaround time between sessions to optimize the client experience.
    4. Customer Service:
      • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
      • Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
    5. Team Collaboration:
      • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and coordinated client experience.
      • Communicate effectively with colleagues to share insights and improve overall service quality.
    6. Business Growth:
      • Actively contribute to the growth of the business and clientele.
      • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new clients.
      • Willingness to transition patients between massage therapy and chiropractic services as needed (training provided)

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in various massage techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Well-groomed appearance and professional attire.
    • Punctual and organized with excellent time management skills.
    • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Previous experience in a premium spa or wellness setting is a plus.
    • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
