Field Service Technician - Virginia

Do you have a knack for fixing things, a solid mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales? Are you reliable and organized, with a sense of responsibility, independence and a strong work ethic? If so, we want to hear from you

In this special role, you will blend the responsibilities of both service and the possibilities of growth in sales. Repairing pneumatic nail guns and driving business growth across Virginia. Areas of focus will include Richmond, Petersburg, Hampton Roads and Fredricksburg, using a company-provided service vehicle. Plus, you'll earn commission along with your competitive base salary.

We're looking for a team player who enjoys building relationships with customers.
You'll diagnose pneumatic nail guns, and carry out cost-effective, high-quality repairs. Previous experience not needed, we will provide training.
Manage and maintain parts inventory in the vehicle, including ordering and tracking of parts.
Candidate will be responsible for making appointments with provided leads and the of generation new sales.
Maintain detailed record of daily repairs and sales leads via iPad and CRM.
Maintain regular communication with service team members, sales, operations and customers by phone and in-person.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations, company policies, customer safety and vehicle organization and maintenance.
Ability to park a commercial vehicle at your home is essential.

Qualities we are looking for:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new things
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interest in sales (sales experience is a plus)
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
Great customer service skills
Clean driving record is a must. A clean DMV abstract will be required during the interview process
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to park a commercial vehicle at your home is essential
