Job Summary:

Drivers are responsible for daily routes, loading and unloading products, and following assigned routes efficiently. They work in a cross-dock model and may assist with various tasks as directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management
• Efficiently run routes meeting designated times
• Unload and deliver products to customers, handle customer interactions
• Handle company equipment, follow safety rules, and perform inspections

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High School or GED or equivalent

Experience

• One-year route delivery experience
• Valid Commercial Driver's License – Class B
• Must understand English

Skills

• Operate vehicle in various conditions
• Meet productivity goals
• Demonstrate strong customer relations
• Organize work activities independently
• Communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic
